Pricing

We do not publish a rate card, because two projects that sound alike rarely cost the same. We build software meant to last, so we are rarely the lowest quote. Here is how we price, and what moves the number.

Three setups

  • Fixed price

A defined product with a clear scope.

Scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing before work starts. Changes are quoted before they are built.

  • Dedicated team

    Products that keep growing.

A team works through your roadmap as an extension of yours.

  • Monthly retainer

Support, hosting and steady improvements after launch.

A set monthly scope that you can adjust as you go.

How you get a quote

  1. 1
    Tell us about it

A few lines through the form or by email is enough.

  2. 2
    We talk it through

A short call to understand scope, data, deadlines and the people involved.

  3. 3
    Scope it together

For larger projects, a paid discovery phase turns the idea into a detailed scope, a prototype plan and a fixed quote.

  4. 4
    You get a written quote

Scope, timeline and price in writing, before any work starts.

What moves the price

  • Scope: the number of features, screens and integrations.
  • Data: how much exists, how clean it is and where it lives.
  • Team: the roles needed and for how long.
  • Timeline: a fixed deadline needs a larger team.

  • A chatbot integration usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. A custom machine-learning model with a training pipeline takes about 2 to 3 months. We confirm the timeline after discovery.

  • It depends on scope, data and timeline, so we do not quote blind. After a short call you get a written quote with scope, timeline and price before any work starts. We work fixed-price or with a dedicated team, and support and improvements can run on a monthly retainer.

  • AI builders and templates work for a simple brochure site. They stop working when the software has to follow your process, connect to your other systems or hold sensitive data. We use AI tools ourselves to move faster, and an engineer reviews, tests and takes responsibility for everything we deliver.

  • You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code, the designs and the documentation belong to you, and any developer can continue the work.

  • FinTech, healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, real estate, education and logistics, among others.

  • English and French. The team is in Sousse, Tunisia (UTC+1), which overlaps with European working hours.

  • Send a short description of the project through the contact form or by email. We reply with questions and, if it fits, plan a discovery call.
